At Kela, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
